Welcome to “Legends” the house that is based on movie/sports and other legends .our brand new ( December 2009) 6 bedrooms 4 bathroom luxurious Brentwood design villa located in the 5* Windsor Hills resort, just 2 miles or a 5 minute drive from the Disney attractions and less than 5 minutes from Mystic Dunes golf course. Ideal for Golfing holidays!! Legends comes with a large extremely private heated pool and waterfall spa with extended Screened Lanai Deck and full air / heat-conditioning for all year round comfort.
The features are set up for your satisfaction within our luxurious villa include two spacious living areas, ,supplemented with elegant high quality furniture and accessories to include a 42" wide-screen HD television and DVD player with HD TV programmers, three dining areas (including outdoor dining), a fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar, nook area and all the usual modern appliances. For the complete holiday you don’t even need to visit the onsite theatre as there is a luxury home theatre system with 7.5 feet screen installed with 100’s of titles If you want some extra fun after a day at the parks we have provided a 7- 8ft Pool table, The utility room accommodates a fully equipped laundry with washer. dryer and ironing facilities.
Bedroom arrangements include 1 Master en-suite, 2 Queen en-suites, 1 King bedroom and 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds; each bedroom comes complete with high spec-luxury furniture and high quality bedding with LCD flat screen Digital TV's and DVD . Our villa can accommodate / sleep up to 14 people very comfortably. If you wish to bring your personal lap-top to keep in touch with family and friends; no problem a high-speed WI-FI wireless network is also installed at no additional cost.
Windsor Hills is a new exclusive resort set in a peaceful and tranquil location just 2 miles from Disney on Orlando's newest gated community. Renting our 6 bed Windsor Hills villa provides you and the kids with automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities without any additional costs, these include: a luxurious water park pool with fountains and waterslides, spas, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts, gymnasium, on-site sundry shop, children's playground and shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our Villa is ideal for all sized families, and accommodates up to 16 guests in spacious comfort, with a maximum occupancy of 16.
Legends is supplemented with elegant high quality furniture (having been completed by an interior designer) and accessories which includes a bright and spacious open-plan family room to relax in together as a family. The entertainment centre offers a 42-inch wide-screen HD Television and DVD player with digital cable and Dolby 5.1 surround sound. You also have the option to relax in a more quiet setting in the separate living room supplemented again with high quality furniture.
For relaxation step out from the family room, and find the south facing pool areas under the cool and shaded lanai; situated on the large private pool deck that surrounds the crystal clear pool and raised spa pool. Sit and soak under the Florida sun on the cushioned pool chairs with tables, or take a long cool dip in the optionally heated pool. Sitting in the bubbling raised spa is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions.
The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for infants and young children should you need it.
If you want some extra fun after a day at the parks, then why not spend some family-fun time together in the home theatre, which is our favourite, complete with 100's of titles to watch to rest those aching legs, complete with 7-8ft slate pool table, The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar, nook area and all the usual modern appliances with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast.
The villa also comes with a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Our fabulous villa is one of the very finest on the entire community offering a host of top of the line equipment and furnishings, couple this, with its superb location at a genuine less than 2-3 miles to the gates of Disney and you can be sure of a stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
