Vacation Rental Owner/Manager

Vacation Rental Description

Only 45 minutes drive or 65 km (40 miles) west of Nice Airport on 
the Côte d'Azur. 25 km (15 miles) or 35 minutes drive due north of 
Frejus/St. Raphaël. 

We let out our new, lovely house 2½ km outside of Fayence and 1½ km 
from Seillans in a quiet area. The house overlooks the beautiful 
hills of Fayence.

The house sleeps 8-10 persons:

- 2 master bedrooms and 2 large bedrooms 
- 4 bath rooms/showers 
- "Bureau" with sofa sleeper 
- Large sitting room with open fireplace 
- Kitchen opening into dining room 

In total 250 sqm of house on a terrain of 5000 sqm.
 
Wonderful, large covered terrasse with outdoor kitchen. 
Smaller "winter" terrasse - sit in the sun an enjoy your lunch! 

Early 2007 we planted 200 vines (red, only). They are growing nicely, and we hope to harvest in the autumn of 
2009 for the first time.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Built in 2001 and fully equipped with new furniture, satelite TV, 
DVD, stereo, dish washer, micro wave oven, washing machine and 
tumble dryer.

Large pool, 4½ x 12½ meters (fence and pool alarm for maximum 
safety). Double garage. Jeu de boule/Petanque.  
The house is fully air-conditioned. 

Activities and Attractions

The house is located 2½ km from Fayence and 1½ km from Seillans, two 
authentic Provence villages with 3 weekly markets in Fayence and 
many good restaurants (incl. a Michelin star restaurant not far 
away). 

Enjoy the rural quietness as opposed to the eternal traffic jams of 
the Mediteranean coast. And still, in just a little over ½ hour you 
can be on the beach. 

35 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of La Napoule, Théoule 
sur Mer, Frejus or St. Raphaël

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary from 1,400-2,800€ per week, depending on season. Obligatory 
final cleaning (€110) and linnen rental (€13/person). For long-
