for rental by owner.   To make the most use of space the unit will feature a king size wall mounted Murphy
bed, a queen size futon, and a wall mounted 42” flat screen TV and Ipod/Iphone docking alarm clock.  American style studio kitchen with ,
fridge, toaster oven, hot plate,blender, etc. Granite counter tops in kitchen and bath,  Italian ceramic floor tiles throughout.

Your own private balcony overlooks the pool and the Caribbean Sea. Five minutes from the airport, golf course,
and walking distance to Sunset Beach Bar, and downtown Maho’s Casino Royale, night life, and restaurants.

 Unit also has fins, snorkle masks, DVD's, CD's, many board games, cards, poker set,  and a prepaid cell phone for your use.

Within 5 minutes of Caravanserai Beach Resort we have some of the finest restaurants on the island like, Temptation, Rare, La Gondola, Bajatzu,  as well as Casino Royale.

Activities:
Jet ski around the island Rhino Safari. Race wet bikes at La Samanna. Zip-line through the tree tops at Lotterie Farm. Spend endless days sailing, or go on snorkeling expeditions. Explore ship-wrecks. Spend a day in St. Barts or Anguilla.  Play golf. Do nothing.

Night Life:
Cheri's Bar and Tantra are in Maho, walking  distance away is Bliss a dance venue. There is the Red Piano in Simpson Bay or go for live music, a beach walk and great drinks at Sunset Beach Bar. There are also 3 Casinos within 5 minutes of unit, one is on property.

Rates are all inclusive, no additional fees.

$700 per week May 1st-Oct 31st(low season)

$800 per week Nov 1st-April 31st(high season)

Summer special June, July, and August $600.

Christmas and New Years Weeks, $900 per week

25% deposit due within 7 days to hold reservation; balance due 14
days prior to arrival.  Partial weeks paid in full.

Payment: International wire is preferreed, Personal check or credit card through Pay Pal also accepted. 

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit(minus transaction fees for Paypal/Bank) if cancelled 60 days before arrival date. After this date, refund will be returned if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, a pro-rated refund will be made.
