Description:

Behla La Chiquita is an exceptional oceanfront villa on Tulum beach, one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the world.  The house sits about 35 meters back from the warm Caribbean Sea, surrounded by palm trees and powder-white sand. The house is spacious and bright with a stylish and innovative design.  The open plan master bedroom is fabulous, with a wall of windows, a soaring palapa roof and a private deck.   

For outside living, choose among the main terrace (with lounge and dining table), the roof deck's stunning views, the upstairs terrace or one of various lounging areas on the sand.   

There are 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 + possibility for 1 single bedd added), 3 bathrooms and an open kitchen, living and dining area. The decor is modern with Asian and Mexican inspired details, and hand-made furniture and artwork. 

Ground floor:  Open living/dining/kitchen area facing outdoor deck with lounging area and dining table.  Bedroom with ocean and jungle views, with private shower, queen-sized bed.  Bathroom is separate - just outside the bedroom.   

Second floor:  Master bedroom with private deck, ocean views, bathroom with soak tub, king-sized bed and sitting area; second bedroom with ocean and jungle views, private bathroom and queen-sized bed. 

Third floor:  Private roof deck with ocean and jungle views.

Rates are per week (generally Sat to Sat but alternate inquiries welcome).  Nightly rental (4-night minimum) at $600-900 per night may be available - please contact us for such requests. 

Additional taxes, and/or a surcharge for groups larger than six and special events, may apply.  We charge a $35 per day service fee.

Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/Amex (credit cards: 4% surcharge). 50% due upon reservation; remainder due 45 days in advance. We request a valid credit card number to reserve (pending payment) and in lieu of a cash deposit.

Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that the amount, if any, for which Behla La Chiquita is re-rented during the reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.  We suggest that you consider trip insurance.
