The master bedroom has a king size bed, with tv, and large master bath, with walk in closet, big shower, and large sunk in tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bdm has pull out sofa. Both have access to adjacent bathroom.

Long term rates negotiable
Security deposit of $500 refundable. Cleaning fee $125 not refundable.
25% rent due to reserve, balance due 30 days prior to rental.
