All above rates are plus cleaning fee of $150.00 and Refundable
Deposit.

Policies:
Reservation:
A Refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 for Daily rentals and
$600.00 for Weekly is required at booking with full payment due 60
days prior to arrival. NO RENTAL TAX. Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in
time to 12PM, Check-out Time.
All rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa or MasterCard.
The Security Deposit will be refunded with 7 Business days after
departure. All rental monies including Security Deposits must be
received 60 days Prior to occupancy of unit. This unit will not be
booked until Security Deposit is received. Rental Contracts are
required. Rates are in US Dollars. This is a NON-SMOKING inside the
unit. Smoking is permitted only on the BALCONY.

Refund Policy:
$100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged.
60 days or more Prior to Arrival -- All Money (except Cancellation
Fee) will be Refunded.
31 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival -- 1/2 Money Refunded.
30 Days or Less -- All Money Forfeited.
All refunds will be issued to the same credit card used at
reservation time.


Deposits:
MasterCard, Visa or Cashiers Checks are accepted.
Security Deposit of unit is refundable within 7 business days after
departure and will be credited to the same credit card used at
booking. NO refund on cleaning fee.
