Updated Historic Cape Sleeps 8-10 in Little Compton

Little Compton is known for its quiet roads, beautiful views of
the water and rolling farms and stonewalls. This fully renovated 3
bedroom Cape built circa 1740 has everything that a beach house must
have including: 400 square feet of deck for cookouts, clamboils or
entertaining, nearby South Shore Beach and 2 acres of yard for
chilren to play in. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds in two
downstairs bedrooms and a double and two twins in the upstairs
bedroom. There is a separate kid's loft overlooking the great room.

The house has a full bath, with a 1/2 bath upstairs and an
outside shower house.

Enjoy a large yard for volleyball, croquet, badminton,
horseshoes or simply pick one of three decks to lounge on, in or out
of the sun.

We have supplied an outside shower and dressing room so you can
refresh after your beach experience. All the nearby beaches,
including South Shore, Goosewing, Briggs, Horseneck, FogLand are
minutes away.

Beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, for
local use. Outdoor gas grill, Outdoor shower house, Washer/Dryer,
dishwasher.

Swimming at several beaches (South Shore Beach is a few minutes
away and Horseneck Beach in nearby Westport is an easy drive).
Little Compton itself is an undiscovered gem.
Other areas of interest are the Sakonnet vineyards for sumptuous
wine, museums (whaling museum in New Bedford, Battleship Cove in Fall
River with the USS Massachusetts and the Kennedy destroyer). Fresh
seafood and vegetables from local farms.
There are several fine local restaurants such as Crowthers,
Bittersweet Farm, Back Eddy and The Barn.
