located by the Cocopah Rio Colorado golf course.  2 miles west of Cocopah Casino and Hotel. In a gated community.
Fully furnished, dish TV, long distance phone service, WiFi internet, with TVs located in living room, and both bedrooms.  DVD player in living room.Air conditioned, washer, and dryer available in unit.
Weekly Maid service provided. Once per week garbage service. Recycle once per week.The unit is fully equipped with cooking items, linens, dishes and silverware.  The only thing the  needed to bring is yourself, clothes and, food.

Check-in:4:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM. No Sunday check in

We had a wonderful sibling reunion. This was the cleanest, best furnished condo I have ever rented. (FL, CO, SD, TX, MO, etc,etc) Gorgeous. Lovely, private front patio where we spent HOURS catching up-----Dave and Rhea are the best. Whatever you need, want, think about, care about......just check with them. They were so above average, I can't even describe. Absolutely the best. One tiny note I would make----not regarding the property, but regarding the area. Really no place to eat in Somerton---prepare to drive to Yuma for everything but golf. But, it fit us perfectly. P E R F E C T L Y !!! Many thanks for sharing this wonderful condo.

Recommended for: age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway

This property is above average in cleanliness, decorating and layout. The owners are hands on and do their best to accomodate our needs. The property is easy to access, well secured and in a quiet location on a golf course. A car is a necessity to get around as this property is about 8 miles to Yuma. The Mexican restaurants in Yuma were favorites - Mi Rancho and Pepe's are a couple we very much enjoyed. Pepe's is a small family operation and has very goog pricing.

Rhea and Dave have put together a great place to stay while in the Yuma area. It is easy to find in a secured neighborhood. The only surprise for us was how it exceeded the website's ad! It was clean, well supplied, and very well maintained.

It is about 15 miles from Yuma so a vehicle is a must if you have activities around Yuma and this condo is conducive to any vehicle as it has a garage.

I would definitely recommend this rental for your stay in the Yuma area!
