Vacation Rental Description

The Vanderbilt Golf/Tennis Club is in the heart of Florida's 
Platinum Coast". It is a private community offering privacy, total 
club amenities and complete enjoyment. The home overlooks a lake and 
the sixth fairway on the 18 hole, par 72 Gordon G. Lewis Signature 
Golf Course. 
The course is challenging for all levels of play with five sets of 
tees on each hole. Club includes a practice green, aquatic driving 
range and full service pro shop. 
Resident PGA and USPTA/USPTR professionals. 
No smoking

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is a two year old Estate Home offering "The Traditional 
Southern Classic Comfortable Living". We have tried to meet all of 
your living requirements from the casual to the formal intimate 
dining room. 
Your vacation home is complimented with all amenities, phones, air, 
TV's, Cable, VCR, DVD, Stero CD and other enjoyment equipment. A 
full 
complete kitchen is waiting with all necessary equipment and 
devices. 
For informal cooking a BBQ is provided in the pool area. All is 
provided from the aspect of linens. 
A Private Pool for your enjoyment with your own water fall. 
The home maintaines a garage for your use. 

Activities and Attractions

The resort and "The Naples Area" provides activities with no limits. 
Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Shuffleboard, 
Horseshoes, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live 
Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, 
Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, 
Jet 
Skiing and Shelling. 
The resort Hosts an Onsite golf driving range, putting greens, a 
main 
pool, multiple satilite pools, fitness center, computer center and 
daily activities.
The 14,000 square foot Mediterranean styled Clubhouse features a 
resort styled pool, deck and spa, cabana and beverage pavilion. The 
Pro shop, mens/ladies locker rooms, bar and lounge with both a 
formal 
and informal dining facility
Approximately 3,630 square feet is  devoted to the activity center 
which includes a media center/computer room, fitness center and two 
activity rooms. A plethora of activities are offered including art, 
computer and exercise classes; Overnight tours and cruises, day 
trips, mixers and themed dinners. 

Vacation Rental Rates

The Estate Home is Offered at $7,495 Per Month
Three month lease rate of $6,995 per month.  
 Jan, Feb & March ........$6,995 per month.
 Apr, Nov & Dec...........$4,950 per month.
 May--Oct.................$3,960 per month. 
Plus all sales or service taxes imposed by any taxing authority.
$250 Club membership transfer fee if desired. 

Fees due 45 days prior lease. Security deposit/departure cleaning 
fee 
of $200 is requried.
Note:Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice 
Cleaning service can also be provided upon request. Rates apply.
