During the summer months you are a quarter mile from a world class Jack Nicholas golf course. Also located within a few blocks of this property is the main bike trail that connects Breckenridge/Frisco/Copper Mountain/Vail. All summer long you can enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, camping, biking, fishing, and horseback riding right from your doorstep. Prepare yourself for a good time because there are also 3 professional theaters within a 15 minute drive, a summer orchestra, lots of live music, beer and wine festivals, and several film festivals.

The lower level of the house has a full bathroom, a kids room with 2 bunk beds, another bedroom with a queen bed and a third extra large game room with a couch and chair, a shuffle board, lots of games, a gas fireplace, and a small patio with a large, 6 person hot tub.

The middle floor has one room with a bunk bed and another spacious bedroom with a queen. These rooms share a full bathroom. Also on the middle floor is the large master bedroom that has a king bed, a deck, a gas fireplace, and a large full bathroom with a separate steam shower.

The top floor has an inviting full kitchen that opens up to a dining room with seating for 12-15 people, a large deck with mountain views and comfortable seating, and a family style living room with a log fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Also off the living room is a spiral stair case that leads to a loft with a full office and another deck with amazing views.
