East of Sun. Quiet Setting. Well maintained, immaculate 3 BR, 2 BA unit with AC, W/D/ and D/W (all amenities) Screened porch, pool with lifeguard, hot tub, and tennis court. Excellent location. Only 1/2 mile walk or drive to beach. Close to shops, restaurants, and movies. 2 Queen, 1 Double and 2 Twin beds. $1300 week. Off season rates available, minimum three night stay.

Fenwick Island is known as the quiet resort but is located within a short driving distance to Bethany Beach, Rehobeth and Ocean City, Maryland. There is no need to worry about getting to the beach early to find a spot to relax-there is plenty of room on the pristine beach which is guarded and well maintained. Enjoy the local water park, miniature golf, go-carts, kayaking, jet skiing or rent a boat. Many quaint shops are located on the Island or nearby as well as some fantastic restaurants. Plenty of activities to enjoy year round.

Some of our favorite Fenwick Island restaurants: Fenwick Crab House (was just recognized in Coastal Living Magazine for its fabulous crabcakes;) Harpoon Hanna's (great food and atmosphere;) Oceanside Pizza , (great pizza, subs etc and cheap;) Catch 54 (excellent food and best view in the area;) Mancini's (a taste of Italy;) The Nantucket (delicious food, eat in the bar for less $ or the elegant dining room;) Jimmy's Kitchen (great breakfast;) Catch 54 West (bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee are yummy) and many more.
vacation rental rates
Rent is $1300 per week plus a $200 security deposit plus a $35 processing fee. Rent is payable as follows: $500 is due upon signing of the lease agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy by cashier check or US Postal Service Money Order. Keys will be mailed upon receipt of payment in full. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days once it is determined that the unit was left essentially as it was found at occupancy and keys are received by owner.
Same prinicples apply for off season rentals but rates are adjusted accordingly.
Swimming pool continues to be open on weekends in September.
