vacation rental description
Great 2 suite condo with lake views to the rear and right opposite the pool. Fully refurbished and kitted out including comfy reclining sofa.
Condo address is #193, 446 Cerromar Rd., Venice.
Vacation rental unit is within Plantation Golf & Country Club - a well maintained community which is beautifully landscaped.
It has 2 suites ie private bathrooms - a perfect holiday rental for two couples sharing the condo.
The unit is fully furnished with all you need - queen bed in main suite and twins in other suite. Lounge is tastefully furnished, including reclining sofa and comfy armchairs, and the kitchen has all you need. Fully refurbished throughout with new 32" LCD tv, upgraded cable and even an Ipod docking station!
Unit is only 20 steps to the heated pool and clubhouse! If you look at the pool photo, our unit is the beige one just to the left of the clubhouse - that's how close the pool is!
However, if you prefer, laze around in the large Florida room or separate patio at the rear and soak up the warmth and lake/golf course views!
Rental rates include free local telephone calls and hi speed internet is available as an option at only $30 per month extra - that's around a dollar a day!
The final picture is of the local wildlife that might come a calling.....

condo rental amenities
Fully equipped with everything that you need - kitchen is fully stocked for 8, ample linens and towels, TVs/DVD/CD player etc.
As one of our recent guests said "more than a vacation rental, almost home!"
Unit has washer and dryer in large storage cupboard in lanai (so you cant hear them whilst they're on!).
Long distance calls will require a calling card or you could use Skype over your laptop.
Shops etc within a 5 minute drive and the beach c10 mins away.
Close to medical facilities and easily accessible to the Interstate (although no noise intrusion)
activities and attractions in Venice Gulf Coast Central
Just minutes from many great golf courses, tennis courts, dining, shopping and, of course, the famous Venice beach.
Or, if you prefer, the Sarasota Croquet club is a short drive away.
vacation rental rates
All monthly rentals will be subject to 12% sales tax (sorry, but its the law!), $500 returnable deposit and an end of rental cleaning fee of $125.
Weekly or longer rates available for any time May - December inclusive. Rates are:
$490 weekly, $850 two weekly and $1250 monthly, May to September inclusive
$600 weekly, $995 two weekly and $1500 monthly, October - December inclusive.
Minimum 7 nights. Plus tax BUT WEEKLY RATE INCLUSIVE OF CLEANING!
For four, that's $17.50 a head per night!
Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving weeks $125 a night plus tax.
Weekly rentals subject to a returnable deposit of $100.
