  Our newly built 3128 sq. ft log cabin home can sleep 1-12 guests. A survivor 
of Lung Cancer & both in the health profession with three adopted blessings is why we decided to 
share our blessed log home with others to create memories as life is just a vapor.  
  Located on 5 wooded acreas totally secluded in tranquil nature of Green County is our completely 
furnished with brand new log cabin furniture & full appliances.
  Located just 190 miles from Chicago/Milwaukee or 30 miles from Madison, Wis. 10 miles from New 
Glarus & 14 miles to Yellowstone Lake Park
 A rustic get-a-way from today's bright lights, busy streets,& fast 
pace. Instead relax with the falling stars,seclusion with the deer, 
pheasants,turkeys,blue jays,cardinals, hummingbirds from our log 
cabin views.. A perfect place for families/friends to gather & create 
memories to be made by all! 
  Our log home is located 10 miles from New Glarius"America's Little 
Switzerland" or 13 miles to Yellowstone Lake State Park with 970 
acres & a additional 455 acre lake which plays yr. round host to 
visitors who enjoy outdoor recreational experiences.
  Blanchardville is 4 miles from the log cabin home which is on the 
riverbanks for canoe's & fishing. A large playground & park with 
picnic areas & large outdoor swimming pool for you to enjoy & lots 
of room to relax.
  New Glaruis America's Little Switzerland is only 10 miles which 
you way can go on swisstown or green county web site.Public pool 
with 1 slide/2 driving boards,Park, mini-golf.
  Yellowstone 445 acrea Lake with swimming, fishing, boating,sking, 
hiking with 17 miles of hiking trails within this State Park with 
it's home to 4,000 little brown bats who can catch up to 600 
mosquito's a hr. they have nearly eliminated the mosquito 
population. Which is greatly appreciated by many using this great 
great state park just 14 miles to the lake.  
  We would love to have you celebrate special occasions such as 
anniversary/birthday's or a romantic get-a-way with loved one's. It 
could be a active vacation or a reunion or retreat for you & your 
family/friends for the weekend or week with loved ones as our home 
can be shared with 2-10 guest's comfortably. 
  Our log cabin home is all log throughout with it's rustic 
decorations & furnishing on the first two levels with a open 
concept. The Log Home has a 2 way fireplace between the living & 
dining room on the main level with a full furnished custom built 
kitchen furnished with all brand new appliances. Log Master bedroom &
a full bathroom.
  The loft has a family room & dormer bedroom which can sleep 6 
comfortably.
  The lower level has open exposed patio off another family room & 
bedroom & full bath which sleeps another 4 comfortably.
  Their is a wrap around deck off the DR/LR. Also a 2 car deep 
attached garage.
  Their our 5 apple trees along the driveway which you may eat if 
in season, makes awesome apple pies. In May the Murel's can be found 
under our trees. 
  So book with the Hollands & pack your personnel belongings to 
share our log home like it's yours to create those memories!

Weekends can have a meal cooked & ready for your arrival or Sunday 
Brunch prepared & served on your request by our 
culinary German Chef Stephanie.
Completely furnished with brand new appliances & log cabin furniture.
3 bedroom with 2 full baths furnished with linens, blankets, sheets 
& towels for 14.
Open concept with lots of windows to see nature off the LR/DR, 
loft/family room/windows over kitchen sink with kitchen island  
three bedrooms & two full baths.
Completely furnished just bring your personnel hygiene,clothes & food
*No smoking or pets please inside our home Please. Their our two 
kennels in Monticello the owner is Jill Crouch ,or in Monroe Rolan 
Hills.  As we our 4 legged kid lovers ourselves but due to allergies 
we want to make this blessed home for everyone to enjoy. Full 
appliances,washer/dryer stove,refrigator,microwave, osmosis ice 
maker, & garbage disposal.
Log Cabin furniture 1 King,1 Queen, & 1 log cabin bunk bed, 2 full-
size futons mostly all log cabin furniture in our home. Furnished 
with towels, blankets, fannel sheets & linens, pillows provided
1 queen bed & 1 hide a bed couch in lower finished level.
3 sofas with chairs & log cabin end tables & rustic lamps thoughout.

Wood Kitchen table 6 chairs & 2 bar stools for island,wood TV 
tables, card table & four chairs

24 person Moose or Snow Dinner plate settings depending on season

for the fish/steaks. Roaster with Turkey 
Baster,Crockpot,Pots/Pans/bowls/can opener/bagel 
toaster/coffee maker/roaster, measuring cups, grater,potatoe 
peeler,blender,bowls,strainers,kitchen with everything for those 
cooking or baking needs. We even provide coffee filters/tea/salt/
pepper/flour & sugar.

for 6. for fires must purchase own wood for 2 way fireplace or pit.

1 dehumdifier which may need to be emptied if renting in the summer 
months which would be much appreciated. 
1 jungle gym/fort outside & saucer for infants.
3 radio/alarm clocks in all bedrooms. So you don't miss out on the 
events in the area. 6 bean bags, 2 rocking chairs & the cabin has 
chess, board games, tic tac toe, puzzles 10 in 1 games, memory 
game.10-in-1 arcade game table with fooseball, ping pong,etc.
8 hp snowblower, Wood at $25 for weekend $100 weekly rentals 
available.

  Hiking in Green County,biking on the 23 mile Sugar River State 
Trails, Or tour the House on the Rock,Cave of the Mounds,Little 
Norway, or visit the authentic towns of New Glarus,Mineral Point, or 
Mt. Horeb just miles away.  
  In the winter snowmobiling,snowshoeing skiing, ice fishing. Year round 
horsebackriding,dirt biking, fishing, hunting, golf, 
swimming,shopping,antiquing,dining,tours of wine,brewery,cheese 
factories or just relaxing in nature.
  Our home is located 10 miles from New Glarius"America's Little 
Switzerland" or just 13 miles from Lake Yellowstone over 455 acreas 
for fishing,snowmobiling, boating, hunting, hiking,canoeing, trout 
fishing,trout creeks,goft,swimming or biking the famous 23 mile 
Sugar River Bike Trail. 
  Monroe is 20 miles away has Historic Cheesemaking Center & 
Visitors Center, also the famous Swiss colony with tours.
  Local cheese factories, micro-breweries, wineries & the famous 
bakery in New Glarius & surrounding Green County.
  Several fine restaurants & 24 hour hospital, & grocery stores are 
minutes away.
  Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin, "House on the Rock", Cave of the 
Mounds, the outdoor Shakespeare of American Players Theatre, and the 
vibrant state capitol Madison, the free Zoo & college town of 
Madison are within an easy & scenic drive from our log cabin.
  Celebrate Green county with the covered bridges, Heidi & Cheese 
days or the Wilhelm Tell Festival over labor day weekend in New 
Glarius.
  The last Sat in May, Breakfast on the farm. Enjoy a delicious, 
farm-sized breakfast topped off with a strawberry sundae. Enjoy a 
petting zoo, cow milking contest, craft sale & live musical 
entertainment.
  Octoberfest. Monroe's Chili Cook-off & a parade of Polka bands 
performing at Turner Hall. Brodhead heats things up with a salsa 
contest. Octoberfest in New Glarus means 3 days of festivities-
including a carnival, a variety of live entertainment, & lots of 
food & fun.
  Wilheim Tell Festival tells the story of the Swiss independence. 
With its live theratrical event held in a natural, wooded setting.
  The grandest of all celebrations, Cheese Days offers 3 days of

weekend in Sept. even yrs.

memories at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room or bed & 
breakfast in New Glarus? 
Rent your beautiful furnished log cabin home daily,weekend/ or 
weekly specials.
 **$125/night for 1 couple* 3 adults $175/nt 4 adults $225/nt 6 
adults $325/nt 8 adults $425/nt 10 adults $500/nt 
thats just $50 a night per each additional adult for your entire 
furnished log home. Weekly rental Specials @ $25 each additional 
adult over first two adults.
  Your log home can sleep up to 10 adults"kids under 16 
free" That's less then you pay for a hotel room per night lodging 
for your entire furnished log home get-a-way retreat in Green County.
  Plus your 5.5% Wisconsin state sales tax & if you want us to 
supply the wood.
  *Holidays* add $25/night to above prices.

$ 700/7 days for 2 adults lodging/$100 a night for entire log home
$1400/7 days for 4 adults lodging/$200 a night/$50 a day each 
adult
$1575/7 days for 6 adults just $225 a day/$37.50/nt each adult guest 
per night.
$1750/7 days for 8 adults lodging/$250 a day/$31.25/nt each adult 
per night.
$2100/7 days for 10 adults/$300 a night/$30 each adult   
Rental check made out to "The Hollands"should be received 
within a week of your get-a-way vacation dates.
Required $500 security reservation check for your get-a-way vacation 
should arrive with your signed rental agreement to the Hollands ASAP 
to reserve your dates.*You can check out the availability calendar 
for bookings. 
We must receive the signed renter agreement & $500 deposit to 
reserve your dates which is refunded within days of your departure. 
If reservation needs to be cancelled, reservation deposit will be 
refunded in full if we find another renter. If we can't, you are 
welcome to use that deposit for another reservation during the next 
12 months. Also we will work with you on adding or - guests after 
booked as it is hard for everyone to commit or life's mishap's
**We do not want to take our guests money if you are not satisfied 
with our log cabin home. So if the Hollands log cabin doesn't meet 
your expectations, we will refund your $500 reservation security 
deposit & you may leave. We will keep your $500 reservation security 
deposit if more tenants or guests to party on premesis without our 
permission from us the owners or if animals found without discussing 
it with us.
We prefer you talk to The Hollands about your log home rental but if 
not wanting to leave message, email but not on as often & to 
impersonnel but would love to answer ?'s or you can 
check calendar for availablility for your vacation dates. Also have 
wood available $25 a weekend or weekly $50.
