Sand Cay Beach Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the pristine barrier island of Longboat Key. In 2007 the entire complex went under reconstruction and was completely rennovated and updated. You will feel as though you have stepped into a tropical oasis when you experience the beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds that surround you. The beautiful, private white sandy beach is sure to be a highlight of your stay whether you are relaxing in the provided beach lounge chairs or watching one of Longboat's legendary sunsets. To round out your vacation experience you can enjoy a swim in the 20x50 heated swimming pool, practice your backhand on the tennis court, work on your shuffleboard or cook what is sure to be a memorable meal on the beachfront barbecue area.

Unit # 112 is a first floor, two bedroom, two bath fully furnished and equipped vacation condominium is complete with a full kitchen, living area, den, dining area, queen sleeper sofa, private patio and washer and dryer in the unit. In 2008 the unit was redecorated and furnished with new carpets and new furniture throughout. In 2010 both of the bathrooms were redecorated and updated with granite vanities. A perfect choice for vacationers who do not want to deal with stairs or elevators. For those of you with ambulatory issues or traveling with children, you will particularly enjoy stepping out on to the private patio and being steps away from the pool or the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Should you need a break from the sun, the unit has four TV's and wireless high speed internet.

Rates are for a 4-person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $50 per person per week for additional occupants in excess of four.

There is an 85$ cleaning fee and Florida State Sales Tax of 11.5%

The minimum nightly stay that we are able to accomodate is three.
