50 feet to beach!!!  Path to beach starts right in your back yard.  Charming and spacious 1,728 sq.feet 2 or 3 bedroom beach house with bonus room.  Brand new furniture through-out.  Spacious kitchen with all amenities as well as a washer and dryer.  Private pool, screened porch for romantic evenings, multiple outside patios where you can sit and listen to the ocean, indoor out door living.  Perfect place for families, beach is very kid friendly.  Sea shell heaven and lovely warm Gulf ocean.  Close to restaurants and shops.  Bike path right outside and bicycles are waiting for you at the house to explore to Island.  Did we mention how CLOSE you are to the beach?!

Wireless High Speed Internet, HD Cable TV, Free National Long Distance calling, 3 Flat Screen HD TV's, 2 DVD Players, bicycles.  Dishwasher, washer, dryer gourmet stove, oven, micro wave, 2 refrigerators, ice machine, filtered water, coffee maker, toaster.  

If you have any additional needs or requests such as traveling with baby, would like a certain tv channel, need a house keeper etc.  Please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

This house is a great find. It's RIGHT by the beach without the right by the beach pricing. If you have kids, this is an excellent spot, nice little pool, so close to the beach that you don't have to carry a million things. The beach is fantastic. Tons of patio space for indoor/outdoor living. But watch out for "noseeums", get bug spray! House was nice and clean with seemingly brand new furniture and new paint. Nice big kitchen. This house had everything we needed in terms of phones, internet, cable and all of that as well. If you never been to Sanibel you have to see it, if you have you'd want to go again. We've been there many times and this house is a great deal for the money, you can't beat the location.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
