Sand Dollar, a fully equipped two bedroom island getaway, is situated atop a hill overlooking downtown Cruz Bay in St. John, USVI.  Sand Dollar is located in Battery Hill, an intimate and private gated condominium community complete with sundecks and a private pool.  With just nine homes in Battery Hill, one is guaranteed a peaceful and quiet haven in which to enjoy the charm and ambiance of this special West Indian paradise.  The condo is within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, unique boutiques, and and the very private beach at Frank's Bay.   

The cozy Living Room is furnished with comfortable wicker furniture upholstered with tropical fabrics.  One of the sofas is a queen-size sleeper sofa.  Two sets of double doors lead from the Living Room to the covered deck where one can oversee all of the downtown activity, romantic sunsets, and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. 

The galley-style Kitchen, open to the Living Room, is fully equipped right down to the blender for making frozen tropical drinks and wine glasses for every occasion. 

Sand Dollar offers two Bedrooms each with their own air conditioning unit.  One of the Bedrooms has a king bed that can also be prepared as two twin beds.  The second Bedoom has a queen bed.  The beds are dressed with white linens new in 2009.  A full bath with tile shower is shared by the two Bedrooms.

Only Battery Hill guests are able to enjoy the private pool and sundeck area.  The area is surrounded by lush Caribbean greenery, and there is a gas grill for guests to use. 

Although not fancy, Sand Dollar has everything one needs for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.  The location is ideal, the setting divine, and the charm is never ending.

Peak Season is November 23 - April 30, and the nightly rate is $349.  Weekly rates during Peak Season range from $1900-$2100/week.  Casual Season runs from May 1 - November 22, and the nightly rate druing Casual season is $249.  The weekly rate during Casual Season is $1400/week.  Rates do not include 10% USVI sales & occupancy tax.  Call for last minute specials!
