Luxury Ski Retreat in Park City

This luxury town home in Bear Hollow village is our family ski retreat.  We rent it out on a limited basis to guests who will enjoy it as much as we do.  We just bought it for the 2010 season and we have put in lots of brand new furniture, silverware, beddings, kitchen appliances, toys & games etc.   Everything is new, luxurious and top quality, since we bought it primarily for our own use.  Just as you would expect at any million dollar residence, this house has a granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, slate bathrooms, gas fireplace, etc.   The house also comes with a hot tub, Weber grill, Nintendo Wii, DVD players, HD TV, and wireless high speed internet.

The house has 4 bedrooms on the third level all with queen or king size beds.  The second level has the ktichen, dining room, and family room.  The first level  has a huge bedroom suite (with private bath) that is heaven for kids.  It's set up for kids and teens with 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds and an oversized beanbag.  It also has room for them to watch TV and play.  There are 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom.  There is also a two car garage so don't worry about cleaning snow off of your car.  The house is pet free and ultra clean.

Location in Bear Hollow is convenient to stores (Whole Foods is just 2 minutes away), movies, and most importantly three of the best ski resorts in the country :  Deer Valley, Park City, and the Canyons.  There is a community pool, a community hot tub, a private hot tub, gym and clubhouse.

Bear Hollow is located in 
Olympic Park on the free bus route (the bus stop is just outside of
the entrance to Bear Hollow). 

The Canyons is 1.5 miles away; Park City Mountain Resort is 5

short 10 minute drive.
