Vacation Rental Description

This house is located in the Biltmore gated community just north of
24th and Camelback. With an open floorplan, state of the art kitchen
(Viking appliances),Plasma TV, XBOX 360, Extensive DVD movie
collection, and a some of the best golf, shopping, dining, and
nightlife in the country you will be hard pressed to be bored.

House features three bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 queens and two pull out
sofas that can be converted to a bed. 2 full upgraded baths with stone
showers, granite countertops. A minibar areas is set up in the living
room for entertainment.

There is a 2 car garage, barbeque, and beautiful sitting area outside.
The weather should be mid to low 70s superbowl week with very little
cloud cover. Perfect for BBQ.

This rental is for the Superbowl 2008 in Glendale, AZ.  The house is
for rent for one week, 1/28/2008 - 2/4/2008 and can be extended as
necessary at the rate of $11,000.00 per week or best offer.   All
other weeks following this rental is $3,000.00 per week.  Please feel
