cozy breakfast nook next to the fireplace provides a lovely place to 
sit, sip your coffee and watch the day unfold. Sliding glass doors 
lead out to the deck, where you can enjoy a glass of wine with the 
setting sun, or watch your friends and family frolic in the pool 
below. The upstairs master suite has its own sitting area with 
sweeping views, a large walk-in closet, a 42 inch flat screen TV and 
ensuite bath with a separate shower and bathtub. A second bedroom 
upstairs has a queen size bed and private bath. Downstairs leads to 
two more bedrooms with queen size beds, large closets and a shared

system, a large closet and a luxurious master bathroom. This private
