The 1,400 sq. ft. condo is a spacious 2 bedroom plus sleep loft with a panoramic view of the ski slopes and mountain range from the windows and third floor deck. Conveniently located at the south end of town, it is close to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift at the base of the mountain and short walking distance to Main Street.
The clean, spacious condo can accommodate a large group or family (6 - 12 people). The loft can sleep up to 4 people as a 3rd semi-private bedroom. The condo has an upgraded and fully furnished kitchen. The large living room with cathedral ceiling has new comfortable furnishings with 40" flat screen HDTV and VCR/DCD/CD stereo with iPOD hook-up, and an open gas fireplace. Each room has its own thermostatically controlled heat for individual comfort. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with vanity area, TV/DVD/VCR, and access to a rear balcony. The wrap-around balcony deck has a table & chairs and gas grill for entertaining or lounging in the western sun while enjoying the mountain views. Garage parking is below the condo. Laundry room and Ski Lockers are on the ground floor. Wireless Internet (WiFi) availability in the condo.

2nd bedroom - 1 double bed + bunk bed (2 singles) with full bathroom and vanity area.
Loft - 1 double bed + 2 single beds (semi-private)
Living room - 2 large sofas + 2 lounge chairs and studio chairs, with full bathroom off of living room. Gas fireplace. HDTV/VCR/DVD/CD stereo system with MP3/iPOD cable.
The clubhouse has 4 hot tubs (2 indoor/2 outdoor) and a heated swimming pool, and is close to the condo.
