Vacation Rental Description

The houses are situated in a beautiful tropical nature refuge  
Gandoca-Manzanillo. Not more than 200 meters from the houses the  
jungle meets the blue Caribbean sea and the white sandy beaches. 
We have a private walkway to the beach. 
 
The four jungle houses have all the comfort you need in this part of the world: Fully equipped kitchens , hot  
showers, washing machine, dryer , hammock, fans , parking , safety box , a spacious porch and cleaning service. 
 
THE NEW RANCHO has two floors which includes 3 bedrooms . Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds  
or 2 single beds with fresh linnen that we provided and each room has his own hot shower, toilet and sink. The  
downstairs rooms are with glass windows and screen that means NO problems with any insect. Upstairs there  
is a next big bedroom from hard wood with king-size bed or 2 single beds with fresh linnen that we provided .  
The bedroom has a nice bathtub , toilet and sink , this bedroom is all screened. Also upstairs is the kitchen and  
is fully equipped with a fridge and blender .There is comfort sitting area and has a big dinner table with chairs.  
The new rancho has a surface of 105 sq. meters and can keep up to 6 persons. 
 
THE SMALL HOUSE has one floor two big bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Also  
this house will be provided with all the comfort you need: the kitchen is fully equipped , including a fridge and a  
blender.You will have a separate hot shower and a toilet with a sink. Fresh linnen will be provided, as well as  
mosquito nets. can keep up to 4 persons. 
 
THE BIG HOUSE has two floors which includes 3 bedrooms . Downstairs two big bedrooms : One with a double  
bed and one with two single beds and upstairs there is a big bedroom with two single beds. Also this house will  
be provided with all the comfort you need: the big kitchen is fully equipped , including a fridge and a blender.  
You will have a separate hot shower and a toilet with a sink . Fresh linnen will be provided, as well as mosquito  
nets. can keep up to 6 persons.

sink the next bedroom has a double bed Fresh linnen will be provided, as well as mosquito nets. Also this house  
will be provided with all the comfort you need: the big kitchen is fully equipped , including a fridge and a  
blender. up to 6 persons. 
 
All the houses of congo-bongo are built with a nice, relaxing sitting area with a beautifull nature view on the  
tropical gardens. For your privacy and comfort, the outside sitting area has a hammock, rocking chairs and a big  
porch .

Vacation Rental Amenities

Congo Bongo is located at a large 6 hector property in the gandoca- 
manzanillo wildlife refuge just 200 meters from the white sandy  
beach . It is a delightful relaxing place with the magic touch of  
nature. At the property's gardens there are many tropical flowers ,  
fruit trees and giant rainforest trees. 
 
We have a private walkway which leads directly to one of the most  
beautiful beaches of the carribean coast. Manzanillo is a small town  
where approximately 250 people are living. Most of them are spending  
the day fishing, and you can always find them where the reggae music  
can be heard.  
 
Sealife At the Carribean coast sealife is very rich an various.  
You'll find living coral reefs within swimming distance, as well as  
extraordinary kinds of fish, three different kinds of dolphins,  
turtles and seabirds. 
 
Jungle The jungle can be found directly around the houses. In the  
nearby Manzanillo -Gandoca national park you'll find monkeys, birds,  
sloths, iguanas all with a view at one of the many beautifull  
beaches. At the Talamanca nature is free and unspoilt. Many Indian  
families use the medicinal flowers and plants it provides.
