Home is elevated high above dunes so first floor views are also great. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep seven and property has high quality furniture throughout. Private beach is well known for turtle nesting worldwide.

Location is two miles north of Sebastian Inlet which offers some of the best fishing and surfing in the State of Florida. Quality shopping and dining are nearby in Vero Beach and Melbourne, but the location offers ultimate in privacy for a quality vacation. Attractions in Orlando are only 60 miles northwest.

$1800 to $2800 per week 

Cleaning fee $175, Sales tax 11%, $500 Refundable damage deposit

Minimum rental period is 7 nights

Possible surcharge over certain holidays

Pets may be considered for an additional non-refundable pet fee, only dogs

Monthly rates offered at a minimum of $7,500.00 per month
