This Manasota Key condominium is a direct beach front luxury unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and boasts the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. Barefoot Beach has four floors and is one of the tallest structures on this paradise of an island.  Step into the elevator and within a minute you can be on the beach!

The natural beach is known to offer some of the clearest waters, best shelling and shark teeth hunting on the Gulf coast. Barefoot Beach offers quiet solitude or, if you prefer, abundant amenities and activities just steps from the door. Step off the elevator and within a minute you will be on the beach ready to walk, swim, surf,  fish, sunbathe, read, nap and enjoy spectacular sunsets!  Watch for dolphins swimming in the surf!

Manasota Key is a natural haven and breeding ground for many wildlife species. Within a short walk you can explore Stump Pass State Park and its wildlife sanctuary, hiking trails and excellent game fishing.

Our Barefoot Beach condo has ceramic tile floors throughout and granite countertops in the kitchen.  Master bath has a large soaking tub, large glass walled shower and separate double sinks adjoining the oversized Master suite with sliding glass door access to the lanai.

The large screened lanai has lounge chairs and a dining table so you can enjoy sunset dinners in luxury! 

The condo is tastefully decorated with a blend of comfortable modern and carefully selected vintage furniture accented with nostalgic Florida tropical art.

The Condo is completely stocked with linens and towels so just bring
your clothes and personal items. There are four TV's; 3 are flat screen TV's (huge, large and small) and 2 DVD players. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with a Kitchenaid food processor, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, coffee-maker, electric can opener, and side by side refrigerator complete with ice and water dispenser. There is also a full size washer & dryer, iron, steamer & ironing board and drying racks for your convenience.

There are beach and lounge chairs, beach towels and even noodle floats in the condo for your use. A community outdoor gas grill and heated pool are also available for your use.  There is a covered reserved parking spot with this condo.

This is a no smoking condo (unit as well as lanai), and unfortunately the condo rules do not allow pets.

Activities include but are not limited to:  the beach, sunbathing, shelling, walking, swimming, fishing, boating, golfing, hiking trails, bowling, cinemas, theatre, art galleries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, charter boats, party boats, jet-skis, sailboards, wind-surfing, tours, nature preserves, biking, running, and more.  Kayak, bike, boat and jetski rental available within minutes.

$1250-$1550/wk., depending on season.

Discounts for stays longer than 1 week.
One week minimum. $500 deposit required, or rental insurance with lower deposit.
Listed rates do not include $125 cleaning fee and 12% FL tax.
