Vacation Rental Description

A relaxing oceanfront studio condo with wide screened-in lanai, you  
will be treated to the most beautiful sunsets the Pacific has to  
offer. Unit I-3 is located on the back nine of the Kaluakoi Golf  
Course with a view of the 10th fairway and the 18th hole. I-3 is only  
steps away from Kepuhi Beach. 
Paniolo Hale Resort is considered the premier condominium resort on  
the island of Molokai and not without good reason. Known as "the  
shadiest place on West Molokai", the beautifully landscaped grounds  
are shaded by a canopy of several age-old Hawaiian trees. The paniolo  
hale, (translated as cowboy house),  style makes optimum use of  
panoramic lanai views and open air floor plans.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ammenities include telephone, cable TV, entertainment center with CD  
music library and video labrary. The kitchen is fully complimented  
with all cookware, glassware, dishes, and silverware. Appliances  
include microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator with ice maker, electric  
range and dishwasher. Best of all is a washer/dryer unit to give you  
more time to relax in your condo. 
Also located on the property is a gas barbecue area and paddle tennis  
court.

Activities and Attractions

Kepuhi Beach, Make' Horse Beach (both within walking distance) and  
nearby Dixie Maru Beach, provide a pristine setting for relaxation  
and water sports. Depending on the time of year these beaches are  
great for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or boogie boarding. 
Kepuhi Beach is also revered in the wintertime as one of the best  
surfing spots on the island. 
Other activities on Molokai include horseback riding, kayaking,  
bicycling and fishing. The most memorable activity Molokai offers  
is the world famous Mule Ride down the steep cliffs at Kalaupapa, the  
historical site of Father Damien's leprosy colony.

Rates for 2008: $150.00 per night/$945.50 per week.
