Cliff House in Beaver Lake

Our newest property on Beaver Lake; The Cliff House is being gutted and remodeled in 2009/2010.  This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath house sits atop a cliff and has awesome views of the White River and Beaver Lake.  Sit in the large living room or on our deck or in the hot tub and look out at one of the best views anywhere in the Ozarks and watch the abundent wildlife.  Excellent spot to just sit and relax and enjoy the great views of the Ozark Mountains or walk down to the water and climb in a canoe or kayak or take the boat for a cruise.  This property is one of four we own and was recently added to our vacation rentals and has been totally rennovated in the Winter and Spring of 2010.  This is also a great area for 4 wheelers and mountain bikes with trails through the woods and along the White River.

Sit on the deck or under our outdoor pavillion or climb in the hot tub and enjoy what has to be one of the best views anywhere in the ozarks.  This 3 bedroom 2 bath house was totally remodeled the Winter of 2010 with new paint, floors and fixtures.  This house has a great room with the kitchen, dinning room and living room all connected with great views of the White River and Beaver Lake.  Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee and sit in the living room or on our deck and look out at one of the best views anywhere.  The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows all with breathtaking views of Beaver Lake and it's own private bath.  There are two other bedrooms and another full size bath and as with all of our properties... all of the conveinces of home with all of the cookware, sliverware, dishes that you will need to entertain.  In addition all of a our properites also have dishwashers, micowave ovens, washer/dryers and TVs/DVDs players w/cable in virtually every room... rain or shine our properities are designed for you to have a great time.

Sit in the hot tub under the covered awning or on the deck of the Cliff House and enjoy one of the best views in the Ozarks.  Sitting on limestone bluffs with gentle steps down to the White River portion of Beaver Lake this property is a great house not only to view nature but to interact with it.  If you are a boater, fisherman, birdwatcher, kayaker, canoer, hiker... this is the place for you.  When lake levels are high you can actually fish right from our deck or take a few steps down our cliff steps to the water's edge.  Located in Fayetteville Arkansas only minutes from the new Crystal Bridges and the  University of Arkansas, Dickson Street and beautiful Fayetteville square... this property is a great place to stay if you are coming up for a vacation, a Razorback (GO HOGS) game or just a weekend trip.  There are many great day trips from the Cliff House... beautiful and historic Eureka Springs and all that it has to offer including the Passion Play is less than an hour away as is War Eagle Mill and some of the best hiking, canoeing, fishing and kayaking anywhere in the country at many of our rivers; White River, Buffalo, Mulberry, and state parks Devil's Den, Pea Ridge, Praire Grove and local towns of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bella Vista and Bentonville.  If you have very young children than one of our other properties may work better for you, but The Cliff House is your best choice for viewing nature... we have seen everything from Cranes to Bald Eagles even a couple of Beavers from this property. Or you can jump in the Kayak provided and find a good fishing or swimming spot along the Limestone Bluffs or the shoreline.  This is also a great area for 4 wheelers and mountain bikes with trails through the woods and along the White River.  This is truly one of the best places for hiking, fishing, kayaking and canoeing anywhere in the Ozarks and on Beaver Lake.

The Cliff House is a great vacation bargain for 2 - 8 adult and childern with discounts for longer term off season rentals.

Rates*:

Off Season Nov-April: $150 per night/ $950 per week
In Season May-Oct: $225 per night/$1450 per week.

* Holidays are additional.  There is a min. of at least a two night stay and a cleaning fee, tax, pet fee and a refundable damage deposit also apply.
