and activities. Condo is an easy walk to Ron Jon's, Cocoa Beach Surf
School, Publix Supermarket and Dunkin Donuts. Easy access to, public golf course, tennis, shopping, restaurants and
Orlando attractions.Wireless internet access.

Condo completely outfitted. All you will need are your clothes and
beach items. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrig.
Master bedroom has Queen Bed. Second bedroom has 2 Full Beds. Unit
has washer dryer, 3 TVs, and DVD players.

Condo has gated private beach access and gated private heated pool.
Oceanviews are from the balcony. Watch the rocket launches and
volleyball games from front balcony. Unit located right next to
Cocoa Beach Pier where there is open air dining, entertainment,
fishing, and parasailing.

Weekly rental rate is as follows:
Winter/High rate is $1080 plus taxes
Mid April and May is $880 plus taxes
June and July is $900-950 plus taxes
August to January is $880 except for holiday weeks.
Condo rents Sat. to Sat. during Winter and Summer months. A $200
reservation deposit is required with the balance of the rental
amount due 30 days before occupancy. Security deposit is $400.
Occupancy is limited to 4 people unless other arrangements have been
made. No Smoking. No Pets. Must be at least 25 years old to
rent. Signed rental agreement.
