Vacation Rental Description

The Bale Villa is situated in an established upmarket residential 
area on the Gulf Coast of Southern Florida, in south west Cape 
Coral in the lovely Pelican area near Tarpon Point Marina. It looks 
down a small canal with its own boat dock, where the 
amazing beaches of Captiva and Sanibel islands and the Gulf of 
Mexico are only 15-20 minutes away by boat. The house can be 
available with or without a choice of deck and powerboats. 

The villa has four bedrooms (two masters) and three bathrooms, a 
large living room and adjoining sitting room, a dining nook and a 
large kitchen with all appliances including double-door 
fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and so on. The 
villa is equipped with two large televisions on cable, two videos, 
DVD and CD video and surround sound hi-fi systems, three further CD 
players, laptop-ready area with cable broadband and a Dell 964 
combined colour copier/printer/fax, several telephones, large pool 
area with sunbeds and seating for eight, dining area and gas 
barbecue, electrically heated pool with waterfall and wonderful west-
facing views over the adjoining ocean yachts and the sunset. In 
total we have about 2,500 sq ft of air-conditioned accommodation as 
well as a double garage and very large lanai area for enjoying the 
pool and splendid canal views.

Miami.  20 mins to Sanibel Island (one of the best shelling areas in 
the world.  Sanibel Factory outlet mall, Cape Coral mall, Edison 
Mall, Bell Tower Mall. (Lots of shopping!). Sun Harvest orange 
factory, Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, Pirate Playhouse & Broadway 
Palm Dinner Theatre.

Vacation Rental Rates

The Villa is available for weekly or monthly periods throughout the 
year.  Rates are as follow:

November to April:  US$1600 per week, US$4000 per month
                    UK£ 900 per week, UK£2200 per month

May to October:     US$1360 per week, US$3400 per month
                    UK£ 750 per week, UK£1900 per month

subject to final cleaning fee of $150, local tax of 11% and security 
deposit.

Boat availability and prices are available on request - we have 
available a 24' Larson 150hp deckboat (from $1200/week), ideal for 
family groups, a Bayliner XT Bowrider for those looking for a 
little more excitement (from $1000/week), up to a Monterey Monturas 
248LS dual-prop sports boat from $1,350/week.  Daily rates are 
available, two-, three- and four-weekly discounts apply, and rates 
do not include 6% local taxes, gas or oil.
