   You'll find it difficult to equal the ambience and location of this Wexler-designed two bedroom, two bath, single-story condominium in the low-density Rose Garden complex in central Palm Springs. The unique shopping, nightlife, and energy of downtown Palm Springs await one mile away, and the spa/casino is four blocks away. The airport is ten minutes away.
   Our vacation home is recently renovated and newly furnished. Because it shares only one common wall with the residence next door and has private areas in the front and back, the unit feels more like a single family home. The living room and both master suites lead to a secluded patio that provides beautiful mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen has its own separate, private patio at the front of the unit. The lushly landscaped, immaculately maintained complex offers two salt-water pools, three hot tubs, and two tennis courts. The pool and two of the hot tubs are steps from our home. Most of the units in the complex are owner-occupied, lending to a secure, quiet environment.

  Enjoy all the comforts of home including upgraded kitchen appliances, surround-sound TV in the living room, TV's with DVD players in both bedrooms,  queen-size beds in both bedrooms and a queen-size fold-out couch in the living room. Phone with free local and long distance calls, wireless internet, A/C, Cable TV, VCR's, stereo, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, linens, washer-dryer, garage, and gas grill all included.

  Palm Canyon Drive, the entertainment heart of Palm Springs, is within one mile of the condominium, as is the spa/casino. Galleries, museums, shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters are all within blocks. Palm Springs is well-known as having the greatest collection of "Mid-Century Modern" architecture in the world. Sightseeing tours that explore the style, celebrity history, and desert environments of the area are all just a short distance away. The surrounding desert and mountain landscapes are popular hiking destinations. The Palm Springs Aerial Tram is 5 minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park is 45 minutes away.

One month minimum stay per HOA regulations.

May, Oct., and Nov. ... $2200/mth.

Rates do not include $500. security deposit (refundable) and $100. cleaning fee.
