The Place at Elk Mountain in Elk Mountain

2 miles from ELK Mt. ski resort, the best skiing in Pennsylvania.  Original unit remodeled in 2009/2010 and additional unit of 600 square ft of new living space added. Sleeps 4,6,8 or 10 people with 2 separate living spaces & 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 1/2 baths, with fireplace, air-conditioning, sauna, double jacuzzi tub, linens, bedding, towels, cable TV, DVD/VCR.

All bookings made will require 50% deposit, $500.00 security deposit and balance due 4 weeks prior to stay.
All bookings made within 4 weeks of stay MUST be paid in full at time of booking.

Security deposit of $500.00 will be returned/refunded within 3 weeks of your departure provided there is no damage, the rental is left in good condition, and you vacate the premises and return the keys to the designated area at check out time.

We accept money orders for payment.   All payments must be in U.S. funds.

Any cancellation for any reason (including bad weather, illness, economic factors) will forfeit your advance rent payment.

NO PETS allowed.  Smoking is NOT permitted. 

Endless Mt. Resort community with on-site indoor heated pool, hot tub, free WiFi, coin laundry, exercise equipment, gameroom, miniature golf, volleyball, pond, tennis courts. DVD rentals & games available at resort office.  Horseback riding available for additional cost.  Stonebridge tavern and restaurant within approximately 500 ft. walking distance and several other restaraunts within a 15 minute drive

Resort activites include swimming, horseback riding, tennis, miniature golf, snowshoeing.   Area activities include downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, antiquing, and sight seeing.  Area attractions include art galleries, vineyards and wine tastings, Steamtown National Park, Steamtown marathon, McDade coal mine tours;all in a region steeped with history dating back to the birth of our country.

 OPTION#1:Updated living room with vaulted ceiling, skylights, new queen size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), 3 lounging chairs, 42" flat screen TV w.DVD/VCR, fireplace, outside deck w. grill, large dining table; fully equipped kitchen w. electric cooktop stove, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, & powder room; MIDDLE FLOOR: sitting room w. futon (sleeps 2), 1 BR w. queen size bed and full bathroom, sauna room w. adjoining double jacuzzi; LOWER FLOOR:fully equipped brand new kitchen w. gas stove, refrig., dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, dining table w/seating for 6,  separate outside entrance plus living room w/pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), full bathroom w. shower, 2 lounging chairs, 42" flat screen TV,DVD/VCR and 1 BR w. queen size bed and full bath. Towels, bed linens included Sleeps 10.

Option #2: Fully equipped brand new kitchen w. gas stove, refrig., dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, dining table w. seating for 6, separate outside entrance; living room w. pull out sleeper sofa & full bath, 2 lounging chairs, 42" flat screen TV; 1 BR w. queen size bed and full in-suite bath.  Towels, bed linens included Sleeps 4.

Option #5:   One bedroom lockoff w. deck and private entrance.  Includes full bath/shower, queen size bed, separate heat and air-conditioning. Towels, bed linens included Sleeps 2.

Sleeping bags can be used by occupant to accommodate additional children in each option but must be cleared with owner first.  Can be rented by the day, weekend, week, month, season or year.  Email or call for specific pricing.
