house. In the evenings gaze at the bright stars as the silence  
engulfs you. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape Coral while being just  
minutes away from Fort Myers, Pine Island, and the famous beaches of

Vacation Rental Rates

In-Season, December 01 - April 30: $1100 week 
  Monthly Jan $2500, Feb & Mar $3500, April $3000 
Off-Season, May 01 - November 30:  $800 week/$2500 month  
Extra days will be prorated 
Electric fee: $0.10 per KWH charged at checkout 
$300 security deposit refunded at checkout (minus electric)  
Final cleaning $120 
Tax 11% 
 
Reservation deposit $250 per week of rental (applied to payment) 
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival 
Sixty day cancellation notice
