Vacation Rental Description

We're located within the prestigious community of Corbett Canyon, 
which is located in San Luis Obispo near Arroyo Grande, California. 
About a five minute drive to either town. Lopez Lake and Downtown SLO
and pismo beach are 10 minutes from here.

This 3700 square foot gated home was completely remodeled in 2003 
featuring a stainless steel kitchen, hardwood floors, and a Media 
Room. The home sits on four acres with a one and a half acre fenced 
corral.

The home features two large bedrooms (the other two are locked and not
accessible). A third sleeping area is the media room with air mattress
and bathroom.

A formal living room, and a two sided fireplace shared by the 
kitchen. The den and kitchen have French doors that lead to the rear 
slate patio. There is a gourmet kitchen with a marble top center 
island and large dining area for up six.

The master suite has a walk-in closet and the master bath 
includes an extra deep jacuzzi tub with nine jets, and a steam room 
with dual shower heads. The home has bleached hardwood floors, and 
sicel carpeting throughout.

There's over 1000 square feet of outdoor decking overlooking the 
corral and mountain views. Incredible views of the surrounding 
hills!

Plenty of parking for your cars, boats, and the rest of your toys. 
With four acres there is plenty of room here. It's very peaceful and 
quite here, yet only five minutes to town and less than 10 minutes 
to Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, and of 
course...downtown San Luis Obispo.

70+ oak tree's on site, many over 100 years old surround the property.
Small fruit garden include Avocado, Peach, Plum, Apple, Fig, and
Apricot tree's.

It would be suitable for a party up to six people. No weddings, No 
receptions, No parties over 6 people please. Dogs OK on approval.

required. $125.00 exit cleaning fee. $1000 refundable security 
deposit.  4 Nite Minimum on all holidays (New Years,
