Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect Sanibel vacation: cable TV, DSL connection, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The award winning Sanibel bike path is at your door step. Part of over 100 miles of bike paths from the light house, through Ding Darling wild life refuge, all the way to Captiva.

Fully furnished, sleeps 4. One and a half bathroom. Large screened-in Lanai. King size bed in master bedroom. Large laundry area with large capacity washer and dryer. One car carriage. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, juicer, etc. Ceiling fans in all living areas. Central air with humidity controls. Cable TV and DVD player. High speed broadband wireless internet access. Telephone service with portable phones and answering machine. Charcoal grill with cooking supplies. All bed linens, towels, etc. included. Also includes beach umbrellas, towels, chairs, and sand toys for the kids and there is an outdoor shower for washing off sand after a day at the beach.

Sanibel Island is a barrier island sanctuary off the west coast of Florida on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Two-thirds of the island is protected wildlife habitat. It's the perfect place to slow down, relax, and unwind. There are no high-rises, no traffic lights, and no streetlights.

There are miles and miles of beautiful white beaches that are arguably the best shelling beaches in the world. There are miles of bike paths and nature trails wandering all over this lushly tropical island, and there is a 6,000 acre national wildlife refuge with nearly 300 species of birds, 50 types of amphibians and reptiles, and over 30 types of mammals. Plus, there is tennis, golf, fishing, kayaking, sailing, diving, snorkeling, wildlife viewing, and walking, as well as art galleries, museums, fabulous restaurants, quaint shops, and live theatre.

Annual & long-term rates: $1,500 - $2,400 depending on length of lease.
All rentals must be for at least 28 days, a Sanibel City ordinance.

11% Florida sales tax and $100 cleaning fee applicable on rentals of less than 6 months. Rates based on 28 day rental period. We will consider discounts for longer stays. Rentals of 6 months or more not subject to Florida sales tax. Minimum rental of 28 days required by Sanibel city regulations.
