Near Sunriver...Log cabin/lodge in Bend

17 miles south of Bend, and 2 miles outside of Sunriver Resort.
Beautfiul log cabin nestled in the pines of Central Oregon. The
logs are big and the cabin is warm & bright. Big windows bring in
lots of light & sunshine. Cobblestone Fireplace, wood provided.
Deer and other wildlife can be seen all around the cabin
(friendly critters,that is.)

Queen size beds in the bedrooms and a
hide-a-bed upstairs in the loft, along with 3 other couches for kids
or company.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern flat surface stove,
oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee pot and coffee
grinder, toaster, crock pot, blender, and waffel iron.
Fireplace.
Upstairs there is a 27" T.V. with surround sound DVD and VCR,and
Am/Fm sterio. There is a smaller T.V./VCR downstairs in one of the
bedrooms (VCR capable only at the moment).
There is a washer and dryer in the cabin as well and a telephone
(local call accessability only without a phone card.)
There is a propane bar-b-que, and there are extra wooden chairs,
canvas folding chairs, and a rocker for use on the front poarch.

Central Oregon is the recreational playground of the Northwest!
Mt. Batchelor is minutes away, you can walk to the Deschutes river
from the cabin. There is skiing, hiking, fishing, boating, and as
many other activities as you can think of near the cabin.
Sunriver Resort is less than 3 miles away, and you can use their
bike trails, shops, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, medical
facility, etc.
High desert museum is nearby and is more like going to the zoo
than a museum. It is well worth the time! Or explore the lava caves
also nearby.

$135 per night. $150 per night during holidays.
$65.00 cleaning fee
$945/wk. $1000 during Holidays

Deposit: 30% if more than 30 days away, remainder due 30 days before
arrival. If booked less than 30 days in advance, full payment is
required.

Cancellation policy: $50.00 if 30 days or more advance notice.
$50.00 + 10% if less than 30 days.
50% of total if less than 14 days,
(except Christmas and New Years, then
100% if less than 14 days and does not
re-book).
