Sleeps 8 adults comfortably between 1 King size bed in the Master Br, Flat Screen TV & Fireplace, Queen size beds in the second and third bedrooms with each flat Screen TV, 2 twin size beds in the fourth bedroom & Flat Sceen TV. Two junior fold out futons for the kids.  Two bedrooms have a private bath and 2 share a jack'n jill bathroom and of course a hall 1/2 bath. All rooms but one has an ocean view. The Star View is a new vacation rental and shows like a model home.

Fun for entire Family is San Diego's Famous Sea World (10 min. driving), San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park (30 min. driving), Legoland (30 min. driving) and the Wild Animal Park (45 min driving), not to mention many more sights to see. Lots of beach parks, water sports and swimming.

Summer Rates (7 night minimum)

• Early June: $4,500 per week
• End of June/July/August: $5,600 per week

Spring and Fall Rates (4 night minimum)

• September- $3,675 per week or $550 per night
• October- $3,325 per week or $500 per night

Winter Rates (4 night minimum) November thru April

• 4 to 5 nights $500 per night
• 6 nights: $450 per night ($2,700 total rent)
• 7 nights: $425 per night ($2,975 total rent)

Winter/ Spring Holiday Weeks—$3,500 per week
