Our Cartagena on the Beach in the Mar Adentro building is a beachfront
property, with beautiful sunset views. It has 24 hours door man
security. It can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably plus 2 extra
underneath beds. With an area of 84 square meter or 904 square foot
approx. We have two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioners and fans.
A large balcony is off the living room where you can enjoy the view of
the sea and beautiful sunsets in Cartagena. The living room and
dining room are quiet spacious and have ceiling fans. In the
living room there is cable TV. The dining room accommodates 6 people.
The main bedroom comes with a King size bed, television with cable TV,
ample closet space, security safe box, air conditioning and ceiling
fan, private bathroom with large shower.
The second bedroom comes with two single beds and two additional beds
underneath. Ample closet space, air conditioning and ceiling fan,

The apartment comes with a complete kitchen refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, gas stove, dishes and utensils.

On the roof of the building is a pool, floor 17, which you can enjoy
from 8am until 7pm. Laundry service at the top floor for $7000 col pesos
for a full pillow case. There is also a social area where you can
enjoy parties and BBQ. The view from the top floor is spectacular!
The building has a 24 hour door man security guard in the lobby.
The apartment comes with one reserved parking space.

The apartment is in Bocagrande area. Diving, snorkeling, boggy board,
surfing and canoe rides are available close by or by short boat ride
to Rosarios Islands. The historic walled-city district is a short bus
or taxi ride away. Horse-drawn carriage rides are available day or
night. Numerous restaurants, including at the Almirante Hotel
are within a few blocks of the Mar Adentro. Many shopping
opportunities are available on San Martin Avenue. Mud baths are
available at nearby volcano site. Many other attractions are also
available through outside agencies.
