Well maintained home is located in the Heart of the Thousand Islands, next to the luxurious Edgewood Resort which has fine and family dining. Spectacular views of main channel. Enjoy spacious porch; relax in the hammock watching ships go by.
A dock for boat, swimming. A boat house is available for boats up to 24' by permission only, also outside dockage for boats up to 50' .
Non-smoking.
Absolutely NO PETS!
Rent Friday to Friday.

The house is fully furnished.
Queen size bed and ceiling fan in upstairs master bedroom. Front upstairs bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. Upstairs Captains Quarters bedroom has one full bed. Main floor bedroom has a full bed with half bath. Each bedroom has a dresser with closet and/or clothing rack with hangers. Sleeps 9 comfortably.
Full kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and utensils. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Linens provided.
Full bathroom upstairs in bedroom area, 1/2 bathroom down stairs in bedroom. Living room has full lovely view of the river. Cable, DVD, VCR.
Early last spring we added a sun deck to the top of the boat house, a nice place to watch the Village dock activity and get a tan. Hope you will enjoy it.
