Casa Momento is located on a private road, Callejon Papallilos, less than 6 a minute walk to the plaza & beach. It is absolutley ideal for a carless vacation with everything from food stores to coffee shops to a cold beer or tequila to sandy beaches to jungle hikes to gallery & art shopping to local music literally just minutes away. Filtered & pressured water throughout with a reserve tank(when the town runs out you have plenty). The caretaker is only a house away for anything you might need and can arrange meals prepared for you right at Casa Momento.

Open Air, Easy & Ready for Relaxation

The street level offers a secure parking space in the garage and plenty of room for Surf Boards, Golf Cart, ATV or Bikes. The main living area is on the 2nd level.  Complete with a pool, sitting area, sun patio & Gourmet Kitchen with Bosch & Whirlpool Appliances.  The gardens serve plenty of Aloe Vera, Buganvillas, Palmas, Mint & more.

Both bedrooms and the Air Conditioned Living Room are on the 2 level.  The master bedroom is simply for sleeping with a large King size bed with Serta mattress and 400 count Eqytptian Cotton sheets.  While the master bathroom has double hand-carved Onyx sinks with an intmate double headed shower. The natural Pergola ceiling allows for natural sun to enhance the Italian slate floors & shower. Your second bedroom has a queen size bed and some bunk beds, all with Serta Mattresses and 300 count Eqyptian Cotton sheets.  The bathroom has Brazilian sandstone in the shower and a hand carved Travertine sink with the faucent coming out of the wall. A big sectional couch, Air Conditioning and a wirelss MP3 & C.D. player that allows you to move the speakers any where in the home - all make for a great living room.

The third level has a huge open air palapa with ceiling fans, large couch, love seat, chair, great art and a table for 4. The sun deck is private. The 21 foot ceilings make it the place to feel the breeze and hang out.

Another huge palapa houses the dining area with a large table, six chairs, a bar with 2 stools and a sensational gourmet kitchen. Certain to allow delicious eating, cold drinks and cooking memories for a lifetime. This palapa also has ceiling fans, art, 21 foot ceilings and a sitting area with a couch and 2 chairs.

Casa Momento is located on a quiet an exclusibe block with zero foot or vehicle traffic. 6 minutes walk to the Plaza, Sayulita Beach or 9 minutes walk to beach Los Muertos. There is a store just 3 minutes away by foot that has all the essential food items, even cold Corona's

To make a reservation is a simple phone call - once your rental price is negotiated a Welcome Packet with emergency numbers, map and other helpful information is emailed to you - The longer the stay the better the price, we would rather have our home rented y enjoyed than empty y alone!
