The one bedroom cottage with its hardwood floors, full galley kitchen and quaint decor stands amidst a Spanish Style Art Deco complex with a private heated pool and BBQ garden areas off the Broadwalk.

The Broadwalk is filled with restaurants, shops, cafes, live music, festivals, rental bikes and tons of activities for couples and families alike. If quiet and relaxation are what you are seeking, this cottage and private complex offer you a peaceful retreat from the hustle and stress of everyday life. The white sands and clear blue waters await you within a short walking distance. NO ADJACENT NEIGHBORS! NO STAIRS TO CLIMB! Completely STAND ALONE COTTAGE!

The Cottage comes fully furnished and has all the amenities and supplies you need to ensure a wonderful vacation from Cable TV, WIFI, DVD player, linens, and kitchen supplies to games. We take great pride in cleaning & preparing our Cottage for a hygienic and comfortable stay. This Cottage is tastefully decorated in beach theme without the clutter of knick knacks. The living room features a sleeper reclining Futon with top the line mattress and storage drawers underneath. Flat screen TV with Cable and DVD flank the opposite wall. There is a dinette table and chairs for two that can expand into a table for 4 with just a flip and adding the extra 2 director's chairs. The side table features a lamp for reading, cordless phone with free local calls, Router for internet and a book filled with menus and information on attractions in the area. The living room features three tinted windows overlooking plants and a side courtyard.

Our Kitchen is bright and you can stare out the window as you do dishes. We have a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans and BRAND new glasstop range. Wood cabinets can hold your snacks and food and also provide you china, pots, glassware and everything you will need.

As you head towards the bedroom, the calming green of the walls invite you to unwind after a "hard" day at the beach. Brand new Queen bed flanked by two nightstands featuring reading lamps, and an alarm clock. Here we also have plenty of storage for your clothes in the closet and armoire. You can also enjoy Cable TV here as well. Iron and ironing board provided as well as 2 beach chairs stored in the closet.

Last but least the bathroom. Decorated in crisp blues and whites, the water pressure in this shower is to die for! The bathroom features plenty of storage both in the above toilet cabinet and sink cabinet. The shower/tub was done by bathfitters and has built in shelving and special mold/mildew retardant coating. Even the shower curtain rod is curved so as not to bother you. Hairdryer is provided. Every detail has been thought of!

The complex provides a private gated parking, garden BBQ area with 4 grills, laundry facilities, private heated pool and nearby guest parking. This complex features only 40 units with only 3 owners living full time. The rest use it either winter or summer. It is quiet and kept very clean!

We are conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and 7 miles from the brand new Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Only 5 minutes away from the fabulous new Gulstream Park! We are located where the residential area of the Broadwalk ends and the commercial begins. Close enough to the action of happening restaurants like Mamacita's Mexican Restaurant with live music, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

swimming pool Hungry and don't want to cook in our beautiful
functional kitchen? Grill a burger in the Garden BBQ. Still too
much work? Walk down the Hollywood Broadwalk and dine in any of the
al fresco or air conditioned restaurants or cafe. Need to burn off
the meal? Rent a bicycle across the street or roller blade down the
broadwalk and visit the ecletic shops available. At night take in a
concert at the Johnston St. theater..or head to Gulfstream Race
Track or try your luck at the new Seminole Hard Rock Casino just 15
minutes away. Whatever you decide to do..you can do it easily or
within a few minutes from us..from Golfing to Fishing..we have great
access to it.
