The unit has been fully renovated and includes a 50" Plasma TV and porcelain tiling throughout the unit. Leather couches, high end furniture and an in unit washer/dryer are some of the many reasons why this unit is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway.
Parking and high speed wireless internet is free and the unit is very well stocked with everything you need to make it your home! (beach chairs, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, linens/towels).

There is an onsite oceanfront heated pool which is great to relax at! There are also 2 BBQ's onsite, which is very rare in the area.

You are only a few blocks to the many great restaurants near downtown Cocoa Beach and on miles of beautiful white sand beaches.
All of the attractions of Disney & Orlando are an hour away and there is lots to keep you busy in the area (The Pier, Ron Jon's, Kennedy Space Center and more).
