This is a family owned/private family listing. This is a three bedroom/two bath, corner unit - close to both pools, and short drive over hwy 17 (abt one mile) to the beach.  Includes all linens, washer/dryer, and every utensil you would need in the kitchen!   Right off Hwy 17, and one block to a Super Wal-Mart, walk up to Starbucks, Chik Fil A, Walgreens.......close to everything you need!  Only 5 miles north of Barefoot Landing!  We do only rent Saturday to Saturday in the summer months.

take a stroll over to Putt Putt - and in North Myrtle Beach, our Main St has alot of fun to be had! There is the carnival/rides at end of Main St in North Myrtle - lots of fun, and great quaint restaurants

Needs more upkeep

Several pros and cons of renting this unit. The pros are that the location is great - convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The community pool is literally only a few feet away from the screened in porch. The real estate agent was very friendly and responsive when I informed her about problems in the unit. The cons are that the owners are not concerned with keeping the unit in great shape. For example, the kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned. The cabinets were kind of gross inside because previous renters' items were left behind, and the stove top was in pretty bad shape. The stove also was not cleaned. The sliding door of the washer/dryer unit area was broker, the pillow cases didn't fit the pillows of the king sized bed in the larger bedroom, and the bath towels were very cheap. I would not rent this unit again.

Owners response: This was very unfortunate, and cleaners have since been changed. This is a wonderful unit, and the owners are going down in mid February to be sure everything will be in "tip top" shape for the rental season.

My renters are very important to me, and I hope you can give us a second chance; we have many returning guests for same weeks year over year, so please accept my sincerest apologies - we will prove it to you to have a wonderful time!
