The cottage is already rented for Virginia Tech graduation 2014.
Little Sycamore sits on the bank of New River. A stone's throw from the river, with boat access area, visitors can fish, canoe, or tube from the cottage. For a longer trip, put in at the Eggleston Bridge, and float back (7 miles), taking out in the front yard.
20 minutes to Blacksburg (shopping, movies, restaurants and Va Tech), and 10 minutes to the Cascades, featuring magnificent waterfalls at the end of a moderate two mile trail.
Reservations for holiday and graduation require a three night minimum stay. An additional charge of $25 per night will be applied.

Fully furnished, recently renovated. Towels, dishes, silverware, cooking
utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, charcoal grill, electric
grill, propane grill and firepit. You must provide your own sheets (queen size) and pillowcases. Washer/dryer on premises.
The cottage freatures three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.
