This first level 2BR/2Bath unit with fabulous view of the Gulf and the pool is nicely furnished throughout.  It includes a king master bedroom which also has a balcony with brilliant gulf/pool views.  The queen bedroom has views to the bay. You will also find the living room balcony the perfect place to spend peaceful mornings and evenings listening to the crashing waves while watching for dolphins and pelicans. The kitchen is fully appointed and open to the living/dining room.

*HEATED oceanfront pool offers lounge chairs for your comfort. 

*Parking is located on the ground level with easy access to the stairs/elevator.

*Washers and dryers are located just outside the unit on the second/fourth floors.

*Unit does not provide phone.

*Wireless internet is available in the building.

2011-12 Rates are as follows with a minimum 3 night stay required:

Spring: March 13-May 21          $150/day          $900/week          

Summer: May 22- Aug 6            $210/day          $1260/week                

Late Summer: Aug 7- Oct 29     $150/day          $900/week     

Winter: Oct. 30 -March 10         $125/day          $750/week 

*The total price does NOT include 10.5% room tax and $75 cleaning fee.
