The Neighborhood
Villa Saguaro is located in the quiet east of Tuscon, where the desert begins. In this part of the town properties have 3 acres or more, giving privacy to the people living here.
The house is close to the Saguaro Park East, the Agua Caliente Park and the Catalina Highway (which leads up to Mt. Lemon).
The desert
Living in Villa Saguaro means to be part of the desert - it is not an empty sand desert, but one with lots of plants and all kinds of animals. On top of all are the large cacti called Saguaros.
Tucson
Visit the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum if you want to know everything about the desert and all its creatures.
The university and its neighorhood is also quite interesting, as well as the Pima Air & Space museum.
Shopping is great in Tucson with large malls and smaller shops around the university. Often you'll notice that you are close to Mexico.
Arizona
A drive of 2 hours brings you to Phoenix and Scottsdale, with even higher shopping highlights. The majestic Grand Canyon in the north of Arizona can be reached in 5-6 hours.

Rental conditions
Villa Saguaro is rented by the week. The price depends on the season and the length of your stay. You can use the house with up to 8 people.
You can have guests, of course, but in order to keep a good relationship with the neighbors we do not accept loud party activities. Pets are not allowed, neither is smoking.
A deposit is required at the time of reservation ($ 250 for one week rental period, $ 500 for periods up to 2 weeks, $ 900 for longer rentals).
50% of rental charge is required 2 months before arrival.
Reservation must be paid in full 1 month before arrival.
Checks and cash accepted.
Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date to receive full refund. Full payment is expected for cancellation less than 30 days unless another renter is found.

Occupation with up to 6 people (up to 3 bedrooms used):
June to September:

There is a cleaning fee independent of the length of your stay. If you use up to 2 bedrooms the fee is 165 USD, if 3 bedrooms are used it is 190 USD.

There is a cleaning fee of USD 220 independent of the length of your stay.
