Vacation Rental Description

Newer Fully furnished 3BR 2BA home in Port St. Lucie, FL with  
everything within minutes reach. A fully equipped kitchen with  
granite counter tops and everything you will need if you REALLY want  
to cook, if you wanted to. (well, you are on vacation arn't you?)  
There are 3 bedrooms and all with new carpeting. The master bedroom  
has a Queen size Bed,TV, VCR/DVD player, Treadmill. Bedroom 2 -  
Computer Desk, and Bedroom 3 - has a Twin Size Bed. The Family Room  
has a TV, DVD/VCR player, Leather Sectional with pull out full size  
bed. Washer and dryer. This home is centerally located for most all  
the main attractions in Florida.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central Air Conditing, Ceiling Fans, the fully equipped kitchen,  
granite countertops, glassware, pots and pans, dish towels, small  
appliances, full sized range with oven, refrigerator with Icemaker &  
water dispencer, dishwasher, cutlery and in the laundryroom full  
sized washer and dryer. Iron, Hairdryer, Cable Television with  
VCR and DVD players, Treadmill, linens and towels are included, BBQ  
grill and fenced in yard.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1st thru September 30th: $600-weekly / $2,200-monthly  
October 1st thru May 30th $900 weekly / $3,000-monthly.  
A $250.00 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. 50% of  
Rental Fee is due upon execution of Rental Lease with the remainder  
due 7 days prior to occupancy.  
For Weekly rentals: A $600.00 security deposit is due on the rental. 
For Monthly rentals: A $2,000.00 security deposit is required plus  
1st months rent. Security Deposits will be returned to you within 15  
days of your departure, less any invoices for damages incurred  
during your stay. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the  
security deposit. Cancellations over 15 days prior to occupancy you  
will receive a refund of your money less $50.00 cancellation fee, if  
less than 15 days of occupancy - NO REFUNDS.   
Utilities are included in rental fee.
