This is a beautiful 2 br 2 ba split bedroom home nestled in a resort like community. The complex is located on the Gulf w/all of the amenities. It has a lovely solar heated pool and Jacuzzi. The Club House overlooks the Gulf w/spectacular view both north and south and fantastic sunsets year round. The Club House offers a full kitchen and is available for entertaining your guests. It has a recreation room w/large screen TV & VCR. The work out area overlooks the Gulf as well and full range of motion equipment. The complex has a brand new pier with runs from the pool area, winding through the mangroves to an open area jutting over the water with benches for relaxing and taking in all of Mother Nature's beauty and wide array of wildlife.
