Peaks.  Close to the amazing Grand Canyon and Sedona, it is 
conveniently located off of I-40, only minutes away from downtown 
historic Flagstaff.

This stunning condo has lovely, rustic furnishings that help provide 
a welcome retreat for you. The warm, inviting 1698 square feet of 
living space gives ample room to make you feel comfortable and right 
at home. The gas fireplace will warm you during the winter cold and 
the large covered deck will provide you with a place to relax and 
enjoy the wonderful, sparkling star-studded sky at night.  The 
master bedroom with bath is very spacious and luxurious.  You may 
never want to leave!

the benefits of a major university.  Enjoy driving on the famous 
Route 66.  In the summer, you can watch the Arizona Cardinals

$300 Security deposit applies to all rentals

$2800-$3000/Month 

$125 Cleaning fee

Payments...
50% of total required within 7 days of reservation.  Balance due 15
days prior to arrival.  Payments accepted only in the form of 
traveler's checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks...US funds 
only.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days, all monies refunded except for $35 cancellation 
fee.  60 days or less, will refund any amount paid that can be 
recovered by re-renting the days reserved.  

No smoking.  No pets.
