Please remember that this is a Beach on a Budget building with 6 units. Who needs to pay for "fancy" when you have the beach almost at your doorstep! This building was a hotel in the 60's, however the rooms have recently been redecorated and are pleasant and comfortable. Air conditioners are very adequate wall units. The pool is refreshing and well maintained but not perfect. You are not going to find brass, glass and granite, but it has what you need to enjoy the beach at a savings to you! Spend less on your sleeping accommodations and have more to spend on fun things such as great dinners and a fabulous beach experience. You can't see the ocean but you can hear it - in a five minute stroll you will be enjoying the beach and ocean vistas! Other residents are friendly and quiet.
