House sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Unbelievable view, Breathtaking sunsets. Watch dolphins come by. The view makes you feel like your on a boat. This is a one story home with 2,500. sq ft. 3 bedrooms 2 bath. king size bed and bath in master is on one side of the house. On the opposite side is two bedrooms and a bathroom in between both rooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a king size bed. Spacious dinning room area and living room. Nice size kitchen with all appliances. Big laundry room with washer and dryer. Big screened in Linea and a nice dock where a lot of fish can be caught. Minutes away from a beautiful beach and park. Very safe neighborhood and house sits in a private atmosphere. Minutes away from the famous sponge docks. Dogs allowed under 20lbs with a non-refundable fee of $75.00
