Located in a private beach association that was established in 1906 between Grand Haven and Holland, along the shores of Lake Michigan. Association has it's own private sandy beach with over 1000' for sun and fun. Enjoy your own bon fire on the beach. Private tennis courts and play areas. Near many parks and golf courses. Ride the many miles of asphalt bike paths between Holland, Grand Haven and Saugatuck. Large deck on main floor over looking Lake Michigan horizon. Boat slip on Pigeon Lake available if arranged in advance only. Private level master suite with king bed, bath with laundry, cable tv in bedroom and bathroom, ceiling fan and large deck. Two loft bedrooms with custom, queen beds and twin trundle, underneath. Fully furnished kitchen, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, Fiestaware dishes, etc. All linens provided as are basic kitchen supplies. Gas grill on main level deck. High speed wireless internet.
