Here you'll find Key West style townhomes and villas nestled in a
tropical setting. Our villa is of new construction, completed July
2003. The 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath layout offers 2,500 sf of living area. The spacious layout is ideal for large groups. The unit is tiled throughout and offer all brand new furniture, granite counter tops, modern bathrooms, full kitchen on main floor & kitchenette on ground floor.

The community offers a wide array of amenities. Its most unique feature
is the brand new lagoon style oceanfront swimming pool, which opened
in the fall of 2006. This is the largest oceanfront pool in the
entire keys, it is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, coconut
trees, sandy beach entries, tiki huts, and BBQ's. Your experience

The community also offers guests its own state of the art club house,
fitness center, and jacuzzi with waterfall gratto. There is also
200' oceanfront pier thats great for taking a relaxing stroll.
At the center of the complex is our 45 slip deep water marina

Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located
in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with
roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster
than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guest. That is why
all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a
Professional Extermination Company.
